What primary services do you offer?

We offer a wide variety of services from customizing apparel (t-shirts, hoodies, crewnecks), children's clothing, drinkware (glasses, mugs, tumblers) etc.
We can use vinyl, sublimation, and engraving/etching, laser cutting.

What do you specialize in?

We specialize in customization. We feel that each product should be unique and tailored to each customer.

What type of warranty do you provide (on custom work)?

We provide a 30 day warranty on our items. Should the design work fade, chip, or peel, we will replace the item, free of charge.

What is the general turnaround time?

Turnaround time can vary based on the item. Generally, after a design has been approved, completion of the product will be done with 3-5 business days.

Do you do rush/last minute orders?

Orders that need to be completed in less 48 hours are subjected to a rush order fee of $15+.
